The competition can be extended or cancelled at any time without notice and at the discretion of East Midlands Driver Training. No entrance fee or purchase is required to enter the competition. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
One winner will be randomly selected from the participating valid entries. East Midlands Driver Training reserves the right to reject any entry on any grounds that it may from time to time consider appropriate. The winner will be chosen by East Midlands Driver Training based on the terms and conditions. East Midlands Driver Training will notify the winner by direct message to the Facebook account used to participate in the promotion within 14 days after the close of the competition.. East Midlands Driver Training is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or winner’s failure to adequately monitor any account. The winner must then respond to East Midlands Driver Training within five days. Should the winner fail to respond to East Midlands Driver Training, or in the event that the winner’s entry is invalid, we reserve the right to disqualify that winner and select the next best entry that was originally judged.
