Mental Health First Aid Courses in the East Midlands

At East Midlands Driver Training, we teach various mental health courses to help address poor mental health in the workplace.
Our courses cover everything from mental health awareness to supporting adults and youths with their mental health. Our qualified instructors will help your employees gain vital qualifications that can help improve the mental health of your workforce.
Our mental health first aid courses include:
- Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health Level 1 Award/ Level 4 Award Scotland (half-day course)
- First Aid for Youth Mental Health Level 2 Award/ Level 5 Award Scotland – (1-day course)
- First Aid for Mental Health Level 2 Award/ Level 5 Award Scotland – (1-day course)
- Supervising/ Leading First Aid for Mental Health Level 3 Award/ Level 6 Award Scotland (1.5-day course)
All certificates will be valid for 3 years. The minimum age for each course is 14, apart from Supervising/Leading First Aid for Mental Health which has a minimum age of 16.
